Contact customer service immediately. Sometimes Cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfillment center. You will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. We offer return policy if you'd like to return any unwanted products once they've been delivered, please contact customer service immediately.

These policies only apply within the United States. If you are not in the United States, we don’t accept any returned or cancellation.

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
