Viewlight USA shipping terms & conditions for all our products are “Ex Works Miami, USA” which stands for freight charges, deliver, taxes and or any other fee are not included in our pricing.
If Viewlight were to ship to any US address, the freight cost, insurance and any other fee will be added and notified to you before shipping.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- Viewlight USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If you are Florida resident, Viewlight USA will be charging 7% sale tax to all customers.
- International customers are responsible for all shipping / freight costs, duties, taxes, insurance, brokerage fees, and any other international charges and fees. If you request for Viewlight USA to ship to your local freight forwarder company, it will be upon your responsibility to cover the service cost.
- If the products were to be shipped to your freight forwarder located in Florida, Viewlight USA will reserve the right to retain 7% State Tax until we receive a valid proof of export, such as the Bill of Lading.
Viewlight LLC is committed to provide information regarding to International Orders to customers outside the U.S. ensuring you will have a positive experience buying from us. This document outlines our International Orders Policy, Rules, and Regulations.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to inquire into the customer and/or end user, intended end use, and country of ultimate destination of any product ordered from Viewlight LLC.
Viewlight LLC does not deal with exports. The customer / end user, or freight forwarder on his behalf is responsible for obtaining any necessary U.S. government authorization required to ensure compliance with U.S. laws.
Customer is responsible for furnishing all Consular and Custom declarations and will accept and bear all responsibility or penalties related to any errors and omissions.
Copies of Commercial Invoice and Packing List are sent via email to you or your freight forwarder when your order is released.
To issue the Invoice we may require the following information:
- Your / Your Company addresses;
- Brand names, Part numbers and Quantities of the items;
- Shipping address and preferred shipping method;
- Information on whether any additional documents or certificates and their hard copies are required;
- Proforma Invoice cannot be issued based on product’s specifications only.
- We require the exact brand name and part number to make sure that the product supplied is exactly what is needed;
We do not provide any hard copies of the documents or any certificates unless otherwise requested by customer.
- All International orders should be pre-paid in full in US currency.
- We do accept most major Credit Cards and PayPal through our website. Wire transfers, ACH, and checks for non-online sales. We do NOT accept cash payments.
- The preferred payment method for non-online international orders is the wire transfer with all bank charges prepaid by the customer.
- If wire transfer, ACH, or check is the payment method of your choice, to prevent having your order cancelled, make sure that the sender of the funds / account holder (individual or company) is the customer / end user identified in the order.
- Viewlight LLC will send you the estimate and Invoice with the total amount due which will include the merchandise total, eventual shipping and handling charges, and payment instructions. Any incoming banking fees for wire transfers may be charged from the customer.
- The identity of the customer / end user may be checked for trade restrictions in the U.S. Government lists. Viewlight LLC reserves the right to cancel international orders based on trade restrictions.
International orders are normally shipped complete. However, if a product is back ordered, has an extended lead-time, or by some reasons we cannot provide a complete order, Viewlight’s representative will contact you immediately.
Viewlight LLC honors all manufacturer’s limited warranties in the U.S. directly. Please be aware that some manufacturers’ limited warranties do not provide full coverage outside the U.S.
Viewlight LLC have distributors, sales representatives, and offices in many countries. In some cases, warranty issues and eventual repairs or adjusts will be made through them or third-parties.
Customer may be responsible for paying for the services or for the back and forth shipping and brokerage charges.
Viewlight LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
The majority of products sold by Viewlight LLC can be exported freely to many countries because they comply with local requirements and have government registrations.
Customer / end user is responsible to verify the need of local requirements and government registrations for the class of the equipment.
U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries and Viewlight LLC will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products.
Customer / end user may not export, re-export or otherwise transfer, directly or indirectly, the products or any items which incorporated the products if the export, re-export or transfer would violate United States export laws and restrictions.
Viewlight LLC makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S. unless stated in the product manual, sales order, and/or warranty certificate.
By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from Viewlight LLC, customer is responsible for complying with all applicable foreign, federal, state, or local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and executive orders, including without limitation U.S. export control laws and any regulations and/or orders thereof.

Contact customer service immediately. Sometimes Cancellations are no longer possible as your order will already have been sent to our fulfillment center. You will have to wait until the item is delivered and then return it for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify an order once it has been placed. We offer return policy if you’d like to return any unwanted products once they’ve been delivered, please contact customer service immediately.
These policies only apply within the United States. If you are not in the United States, we don’t accept any returned or cancellation.
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
